Making a warranty claim

Claims can be made by contacting us at i​nfo@unearthedgarden.com.au​.
Images, a description of the fault and proof of purchase will be required for your claim to be assessed. Our warranty covers costs involved in the repair or replacement of your product but excludes any transport, freight or third party costs associated with the claim. All warranty claims are limited to the conditions outlined for your specific product below.

Planters

1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
Our warranty covers workmanship and finish of materials for 1 year from the date of purchase when subject to normal use and care in an appropriate location. Deterioration of finishes, cracking or joint separation due to unsuitable placement in locations subject to direct sunlight, moisture or fluctuating temperatures is not warranted.

Care should be taken when using and moving Planters. Structural damage due to mishandling, dragging or overloading of planters is not warranted. Care should be taken when watering plants as Planters are not designed to hold excessive water.

Wood Stackers

5 year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty covers structural integrity and workmanship of our product for 5 years from the date of purchase when subject to normal use and care in an appropriate location.

Care should be taken when using and moving wood stackers. Structural damage due to mishandling, dragging or overloading is not warranted. Wood Stacker finishes are exposed to everyday wear and tear and as such, they cannot be warranted.
