All transactions are processed in AUS$ and do not include freight charges.



Quotations are valid for 30 days barring errors or omissions. An additional freight component is charged for all deliveries.


Design Modifications

Modifications to our feature pieces may be possible, and be custom designed to suit a specific space. All requests for modifications must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Additional lead time and surcharge will apply.



All drawings, dimensions, samples, descriptive matter and specifications are intended as a guide only. The Unearthed Garden reserves the right to change, alter or modify the design, dimensions, construction or costing of any product without prior written notice.


Lead Times

Once your order has been received and has progressed into production, our team will advise an estimated completion date by email. Alternatively, please contact The Unearthed Garden for current lead time estimates. We endeavour to achieve nominated delivery dates, but delays to delivery do not constitute a breach of contract and The Unearthed Garden is not liable for any resulting damages. 


Order Confirmation

An order confirmation/Invoice will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your order. This document supersedes all prior correspondence in relation to your order (verbal, written, graphic or otherwise). We will proceed with your order, as per the order confirmation, unless we receive written notification of any requested changes within 24 hours.


Order Amendments, Changes or Cancellation

Requested changes to orders must be made in writing. There is no guarantee requested changes will be made. Any variation or cancellation agreed to may incur additional charges which vary dependent on the status of production and how far the order has progressed. These charges are applied at The Unearthed Garden’s discretion. Orders for custom made items that are delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.



A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable on confirmation of your order. Balance is due prior to release of goods. All goods remain the property of The Unearthed Garden until full payment has been received. 



Delivery times will be arranged with you once the final payment is received for the completed order. Freight charges cover a single delivery at ground level during normal weekday delivery hours. Prior to delivery, we require full written details of any difficulty to access eg. stairs, level changes, unsealed driveway access, lift etc. The right to charge additional costs for re-delivery or unusual access not advised in writing is reserved. 

Where TNT is used for delivery, your track and trace number and link will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.



Inspection of products should be made on delivery. Notification of any damage or shortages are to be received within 24 hours. We will not be responsible for any damage unless notified within the time period specified.


Exchange/Returns of Stock Items

Refund, exchange or credit, less shipping costs, will be provided on stock items in some instances. Refunds provided will be less the cost of delivery fees and a restocking/processing fee of 20% of the RRP.

Where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website, a refund may be provided at our discretion.


Exchange/Returns of Custom made Items?

When we make an item just for you, we hope that you love it! However, in some instances we will offer an exchange/modification or return. The custom item is to be returned at the client’s expense within 14 days of purchase. For a product to be modified, the client will be charged an additional fee dependent on the modifications sought. Refunds will be provided less the cost of delivery fees and a restocking/processing fee of 20% of the RRP.
