All Unearthed Garden products are designed to last, but they will need your care and attention to be sure they are enjoyed for many years to come.

Environment and Use

Considering the location of your products is essential to keep them looking their best. Exposure to sunlight, fluctuating temperatures, moisture and humidity can all affect the longevity of your products. Our planters and outdoor objects are designed for normal domestic use and should be used sensibly and well maintained to ensure that they last.

Powder-Coated Metals

Wipe off dust regularly with a dry, soft cloth. Be sure to remove any marks with a soft cloth dampened in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Never use abrasive cloths or detergents containing abrasives or solvents.

Planters

Our Planters are not designed to be used as a water holding vessel, they are not designed to be used to accomodate a self watering system.

Hanging Planter Dish Leather straps

Our beautiful Hanging Planter Dishes are hung using natural braided leather. We suggest adjusting the lengths of the cord every 4-6 months to avoid any fraying where it’s threaded through the holes. It is unlikely for this to occur, but will extend the life of your leather.For replacement leather, please contact us.

Rust Products

Rust Patina develops with time. Never use abrasive cloths or detergents containing abrasives or solvents.
